SnoreStop AI is an informational and wellness tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent disease, and it does not replace a clinician, sleep study, emergency care, or professional medical advice. You should not make medical decisions based solely on app output.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account and profile information, keeping your login credentials secure, and using the app only where audio recording and sleep tracking are lawful. If you create or use an account, you are responsible for activity that occurs through that account unless prohibited by law.

Recording permissions and your content

You authorize SnoreStop AI to process audio that you choose to record for the purpose of sleep-session analysis, scoring, storage, and related insights. You are responsible for obtaining any permission required before recording sounds that may include other people. You remain responsible for the content you record and the way you use the app's outputs.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium features may require a paid subscription. Prices, free trials, renewal timing, cancellation, refunds, and billing terms are governed by the app store account used for purchase and the subscription flow presented at checkout. Premium access may change if payment fails, a trial ends, or an entitlement is revoked or restored.

Acceptable use

You may not use SnoreStop AI to violate law, interfere with the service, misuse subscription or authentication systems, or attempt to reverse engineer or bypass product restrictions except where applicable law permits that activity. You may not use the app in a way that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, including analysis models, reports, trends, subscription offers, or sign-in options. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnoreStop AI and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on app output. Where local law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
